MABS
DIVERTER & SORTATION MODULE

DIVERTER MODULE

MULTI ANGLE BALL SORTER

One cassette, three exit angles. MABS drops into a live conveyor line and sends every case, tote, or parcel toward 30°, 45°, or 90° — without changing the module, and without slowing the line down to do it.

PAYLOAD / UNIT

ONE MODULE, THREE EXITS

The ball-transfer bed inside the 175mm cassette tilts the direction of travel electronically — the housing, entry, and drive never change. Tighter turns (30°) suit dense merge points; wide turns (90°) suit hard diverts to a perpendicular line. Most sites run a mix of all three across one sortation hub.

BUILT FOR THE BUSIEST HUB

Four things a sortation module has to get right when it’s the bottleneck of the whole facility.

01 HANDLES THE WHOLE MIX

From small parcels to full totes and cartons up to 30kg, diverted without slowing or jostling the load.

02 QUIET AND FINGER-SAFE

Low voltage 24VDC drive with tight, guarded gaps between moving parts, and rollers that only spin when a load calls for them.

03 175MM, NOTHING WASTED

The thinnest diverter cassette in its class, sized to slot into conveyor lines that were never built with sortation in mind.

03 SWAP IT, DON'T REBUILD IT

A single cassette lifts out and a replacement drops in, so a failed module costs minutes of downtime, not a shift.
